Waiting for a new sister

When we got our travel approval on Dec 2, 2013 I felt like we went into labor.  But after having three children,  I have never experienced a labor like this before.   The anticipation, the planning, the preparation,  the excitement--- all for a little heart who may be terrified of us--and for two weeks!  But that's were our faith comes in, we planned and prepared as much as we could, and now He will prepare her for the unknown, and in the end she will come to know the love of a family.

The bags are packed and I feel like I have been packing for days to hop on a plane for next day or so.   This experience is new, a little overwhelming, and so very humbling to us that we would be chosen to provide a family for this little gem!  Tonight the children opened up a few gifts from us, (see T shirts below) and we spent the night celebrating Justin's 10th birthday.  They are all out trying out the new snowboard as I write this.  Thank you for all your prayers and support.
So for tonight Zàijiàn  (goodbye)
Patiently waiting for their Mei Mei
